NSES has Family Passes to the Leduc Recreation Centre for our families to borrow. A parent or guardian can reserved one at [email protected]. Passes can be borrowed for 1-week and will be loaned from Friday to Thursday. Lost/late passes may have a charge for replacement.

Hot Lunch

As we have started another exciting year at school, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running.  We will be doing online ordering for all orders to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible.

Here’s how to get started…

  • Go to newsareptaelementary.hotlunches.net
  • Click on “Click Here to Register”
  • Enter Access Code NSES
  • Complete the rest of the registration form.  (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child’s hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
  • Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom
  • Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends New Sarepta Elementary School. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “Orders”
  • Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

Bambora:

We only accept hot lunch order payments through Bambora on the hot lunch website.  No cheque or cash payments will be accepted at any time.  There is an additional fee collected at the time of payment.  This is to offset the charges to P.I.I.E. for the use of the payment processing service.  You can either pay with a credit card or a Visa Debit.  Mastercard and interac debit are NOT accepted at this time.

The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch.  Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

Orders can be placed each month for the following month.  With the exception of October, which is open for ordering now until October 3rd at 10AM, orders can be placed from the 1st of the month until the last Wednesday of the month. (example:  December ordering will be open from November 1-29th). This allows our hot lunch coordinator time to place orders with our suppliers in a timely manner.  Orders must be paid for at the time of order.  Orders not paid for will be deleted from the system after 6 hours of no-payment and your child will not receive hot lunch.

Absent Students

If your child is absent on Hot Lunch day, you are welcome to come to pick up the lunch order after 12:30 pm.  Please notify the school before 10:00 am if you want to pick up the order, otherwise, it will be donated. No refunds can be given.

Kindergarten Students

If you are ordering a hot lunch for a Friday for a Kindergarten student, please check the Kindergarten calendar to see if your child will be at school that day. If you ordered in error, you are welcome to come to pick up the lunch order after 12:30 pm.  Please notify the school before 10:00 am if you want to pick up the order, otherwise, it will be donated. No refunds can be given.
